1. Scope of Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all web design & development and all other services provided by Acumen Technologies (SMC-PVT.) Limited.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Eligibility for a refund is determined based on the following criteria:
- Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client before the commencement of work, a full refund will be issued.
- Unsatisfactory Performance: In the event that the client is dissatisfied with the initial concepts or progress of the project, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, Acumen Technologies (SMC-PVT.) Limited will make every effort to address and resolve concerns before considering a refund.
- Failure to Deliver: If Acumen Technologies (SMC-PVT.) Limited is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the refund & providing a PKR Bank Account details in which refund will be deposited if approved. This request should be sent to refunds@acumentechs.com. Acumen Technologies (SMC-PVT.) Limited will review the request and respond within 1-2 business days.
If the refund request is approved, Acumen Technologies (SMC-PVT.) Limited will initiate the refund process and will deposit the refund in 1-2 business days in PKR Bank Account provided in the refund request email.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services or fees may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Domain Registration Fees: Once a domain is registered, the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Third-Party Expenses: Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
- Payment Processor Fees: Any fees applied by any payment processor are non-refundable.
5. Changes to Services
Acumen Technologies (SMC-PVT.) Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the web development services at any time. In such cases, clients will be notified, and a refund may be provided for any services not yet rendered.
